Profile

Gaist Solutions Ltd is currently going through a period of significant growth, investment, and restructuring. This has created the requirement to expand our regional survey teams for a period of 6 months during an increase in demand during Spring and Summer surveys. This role is within our Operations Department to assist the business in the successful delivery of survey projects to our increasingly diverse client portfolio.

The position holder(s) are required to take full ownership of the collection survey they are allocated using our bespoke mapping system to achieve the most productive and efficient routes.

An overview of the role is listed below;

 

Key objectives of role:

  1. Fully complete footway network given.
  2. Complete the imagery collection in line with schedules set.
  3. Ensure imagery quality is maintained to high standards.
  4. Ensure equipment is maintained at all times.

 

Main responsibilities:

  1. Complete of walked footways network provided.
  2. Successful collection within strictly controlled KPIs and SLAs .
  3. Responsible for efficiency and productivity levels outlined by the departmental requirements.
  4. Adhere to schedules to ensure that the optimum collection rate is maintained at all times to meet Gaist Solutions Ltd customer needs.
  5. Act in a positive and constructive way to help develop and maintain the company brand.
  6. Take responsibility for own health, safety, and welfare and that of colleagues in the workplace.
  7. To take responsibility for demonstrating the aims of the company’s equality and diversity objectives.
  8. Adhere to IT security and Data Protection Legislation.
  9. Understand, embrace and apply the departmental culture of continuous improvement, working closely with other departments on resolving issues.
  10. Provide awareness to peers and operators on compliance issues.
  11. Any other tasks which are deemed reasonable to achieve the overall business objectives.

 

Key Requirements:

  1. Able to walk 10km per day
  2. IT literate
  3. Able to stay away from home

 

Contract Terms

  • Minimum 16 hours per week up to 55 hours
  • 5 over 7 day shift pattern
  • National with paid accommodation and expenses
